Bigfoot Naming Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

   • The contest is open to participants of all ages.

   • Employees of Sunshine Motel and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
      

2. Entry Submission:

   • All entries must be submitted via the official contest form  or on the THINK BIG Facebook page.

   • Entries must include your proposed name, your full name, and a valid email address or phone number for contact purposes.

   • Only one entry per person is allowed.
      

3. Entry Deadline:

   • Submissions will be accepted until April 1st 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
      

4. Name Guidelines:

   • The name must be family-friendly, creative, and original.

   • Names that are offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted will be disqualified.
      

5. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be chosen by a panel of Sunshine Motel staff based on creativity, originality, and alignment with Bigfoot's character.

   • In the event of duplicate entries, the earliest submitted entry will be considered.
      

6. Prize Details:

   • The winner will receive A Think Big gift bag, a $50.00 Sunshine Motel and Cabins gift certificate, along with bragging rights as Bigfoot’s official namer!

   • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification or prize will  be forfeited.
      

7. Winner Announcement:

   • The winner will be announced on Sunshine Motel’s website and Bigfoots Facebook page on April 15th 2025.

   • By entering, participants agree to have their name and entry used in promotional materials.
      

8. Additional Rules:

   • Sunshine Motel reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.

   • By submitting an entry, participants agree to all contest rules and grant Sunshine Motel the rights to use the submitted name.
